Rababben Birni (3): Wani Wuri Da Kayan Maye Da Karuwanci Ke Hada Matasa A Jos

A Congo, wani guri da ke karamar hukumar Jos ta Arewa a Jihar Plateau da ke Arewa ta tsakiyar Nijeriya, shan kwayoyi da jima’i sun kirkiri wata alaka tsakanin matasa bayan rikicin addini da na kabilanci sun lalata garin da a baya shi ne inda yafi zaman lafiya kuma yafi janyo masu yawon bude ido.

Matasa kamar Nafisa mai shekara 25 da ta kama wani daki a Congo, ba sa yin shigar da ta yi kama da ta karuwai kuma ba sa yarda su karuwan ne. 

Da yawan samari kamar Makeaway Markus Zang mai shekara 27, suna yin shiga ne kamar ta mawakan gambara (hip-hop), kuma basa boye sana’arsu ta siyar da kwayoyi da ta zamar musu babbar hada-hada a wannan guri. 

Yanayin rayuwar da ake yi a Congo da kuma makotan da ake kira Congo-Russia, wacce cike take da zinace-zinace akan hanya, ita ce ta hada matasan. 


Duk da haka, kamar dai a wasu sassa daban na Jos, an samu masu tabbatar da zaman lafiya da suka samu horo irin su Dang Choji da suka fahimci irin rayuwar da ake a Congo tana taimakawa wajen tayar da rigingimu addini da na kabilanci. 

Sun dauki hanyar bayar da labari domin su hada kan musulmai da kiristoci wajen magance matsalar. 

Wajen gamayya 

Nafisa na son shan “codeine” (maganin tari da ake shaye-shaye da shi) da kuma sauran kwayoyi, musamman kwayar da ta kira roti. A cewarta, barasa ba ta daukanta kamar kwayoyin. 

Idan ta bugu, kowa ya san Nafisa da neman rigima. Daga nan ma aka samar mata da sunan Masifatu a tsakanin kawayenta. 

Sai dai labarin Nafisa bai fara daga inda jima’i yake da araha, shan kwayoyi ya zama ruwan dare, kuma ta ko’ina yake cika da warin wiwi ba. Labarin ya fara ne lokacin tana gurin wani mijinta da soja ne. 

Congo na da wata mashiga mai fadi da za ta kaika wani katon daki da samari ke zaune suna kallon talabijin, wasu kuma na busa hayakin taba zuwa sararin subhana. 

Daga cikin gurin, Nafisa ce zaune a cikin wasu yan mata, ta tashi ta saka hijabinta sannan ta tawo. Lokacin da ta ke bayar da labarinta ga HumAngle, tana ta sosa jikinta da hannunta guda daya. 

Shekarun baya Nafisa ta taba auren wani soja wanda ya dinga yi mata abin da ta ce bai kamata mazaje su dinga yiwa matansu ba. Shi yake siyo mata katan din codeine da sauran kwayoyi. 

“Na dinga tambayarsa, Oga, idan kana son mutum shin ba kadan ya kamata ka siya masa na irin abubuwan nan ba kuma ka siyo masa wani abin mai amfani da yawa?” a cewarta. 

Amma dai bai mayar da hankali ba har sai da Nafisa ta fara damuwa da yadda kwayoyin suka zamar mata jiki. Ta ce ba ta son ta haifi yaran da za a dinga zaginsu a waje saboda halayyar mahaifiyarsu. 

Ana canjawa mijin Nafisa gurin aiki zuwa Kaduna, Nafisa ta fara tunanin saki za ta nema. Ta haka ne ta dawo Jos inda iyayenta suke. Amma alamu sun nuna yanzu ta makale a Congo inda take yawan ziyarta. 

“Na yi shekaru ina zuwa gurin nan. Yana da dadinsa da kuma rashin dadinsa,” inji Nafisa. “Dadin shi ne, idan kana jin yunwa sai wasu yan duniyar suka zo, kana rokonsu Naira 200 idan za ka ci abinci za su baka. Idan ko kwaya ce ba za su baka ba.” 

Nafisa na da matsala da masu kiranta karuwa. Ta bayyana cewa a yanzu tana taka-tsan-tsan wajen kwanciya da kowane irn namiji. 

“Wasu lokutan, mutanen da nake bawa jikina saboda kudi ba sa ganin mutuncina kuma suna zuwa su dinga munafunci a waje, don haka nake ki,” a cewarta. 

Ta bayyana cewa, “Musulmi maza ne suka fi son jima’i idan ka tambayesu kudi, amma kiristoci suna baka kudin ba tare da sun nemi jima’i daga gurinka ba.”

Babban misali a nan shi ne na Dong Choji da yake Kirista ne. Yana daya daga cikin wakilan zaman lafiya da aka bawa horo daga kungiyar “Youth Initiative Against Violence and Human Rights Abuse” (YIAVHA). 

Chogi ya yi rayuwarsa a Chwelnyap, inda aka fi sani da Congo-Russia, wani guri da ke cikin Congo da sunane kawai ya banbantasu. 

Ranar haduwa, Chogi ya yi shigar farar riga, bakin wando da kuma bakin gilashi. Yana tafe cikin tinkaho a Congo inda yake kira da gidansa ne. 

Yan kadan za ka iya samu daga matasa da suke rayuwa a Congo kuma ba su shiga cikin yanayin rayuwar gurin ba irin Chogi. Ya hada kai da YIAVHA tun a 2020 kuma shi yake shugabantar tattaunawa tsakanin addinai da ake ziyartar al’ummatai don samar da zaman lafiya ta hanyar bayar da labarai. 

Bayan Congo, Chogi da jama’arsa suna aiki a garuruwa 20 da suke Arewacin Jos inda suka fi bayar da muhimmanci ga makarantu. Suna harhada yaran da suke tsakanin shekara 13 zuwa 18 a ajujuwa inda manya ke basu labarin yadda zaman lafiya ya wakana a garin kafin rikici ya barke. 

“Muna bayar da labarin yadda muke zaune lafiya muna bikin kirsamati da na sallah a tare,” injishi, tsarin yana bayar da nasara a gurare da dama. 

Unguwar Congo/Congo-Russia 

Kafin rikicin 2001, Chogi ya bayar da labari, Musulmai da Kiristoci daga Congo-Russia da Unguwar Rogo suna yin gasa a wani gurin bautar kiristoci a lokacin bikin kirsamati. “Muna da kungiyoyin matasa, wani kwamiti a cikin gari da shugabannin da aka zaba da suke aiki wajen magance shan kwaya da kuma kare garin,” Choji ya bayyana. 

Amma fa safarar kwayoyi, shansu da kuma karuwanci a Congo sun zama al’ada mai wuyar kawarwa duk da wanann kokari da ake. Sunan Congo da Congo-Russia ya yi zaman dirshen kuma ya kusa shafe asalin sunan Chwelnyap da ke makota da shi. 

Choji da yake ya yi digirinsa a fannin Tarihi, yana iya tuno al’adun da aka bashi labari game da al’ummarsa. 

A wajejen 1970 akwai barikin sojoji a kusa da Congo. Dalilin haka ne sojoji suke zuwa gurin su huta. Ko a wancan lokaci, mafi yawa ana ballewa da rigima kuma ana yawaita ganin gawarwaki akan hanya. 

A wancan lokaci, sojojin Nijeriya da suka dawo daga tabbatar da zaman lafiya daga Congo da kuma sauran kasashe sun ce rayuwa a Chwelnyap ta yi kama da ta Congo. Kuma saboda yakin da aka yi a Russia, sai aka sawa unguwar sunan Congo-Russia. 

Habakar cinikayyar kwayoyi 

Zang, daya daga cikin jagororin matasa a Congo, yana sana’ar siyar da kwayoyi mai tarin riba. An haifeshi kuma ya girma a wannan guri, ya kai wajen shekara biyar yanzu yana wannan sana’ar kuma yana jin cewa zai ci gaba da yi saboda ya kan iya samun 10,000 a rana. 

A cikin Congo din Zang yake samo kwayoyinsa a farashin sari don ba ya son ya yi nesa da gari. Abin da yake yi kawai shi ne ya tashi da sassafe ya hadu da wadanda zai hadu da su kafin garin ya cika da mutane. 


“Na san kwastomomina kuma su ma sun san ni,” a cewar Zang. Ya ce “siyar da kwaya sana’a muka daukeshi,” kuma ma abin da ya fi masa muhimmanci shi ne yana daukan nauyin yayansa biyu da abin da yake samu a cikinta. 

Tare da cewa Zanga yana harkar kwayoyi kuma yana da yara da suke siyar masa da su, abin mamakin shi ne yana taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen jagoranta da tattara matasa guri guda. Wata tufka da warwara kenan a cikin al’ummar da ke aiki wajen magance safarar kwayoyi don hana rikici. 

Tsakiyar unguwar Congo

Yunkurin Al’umma

Wani yunkuri da aka yi wajen samar da zaman lafiya tsakanin musulmi da kirista da kuma sauran kabilu a Congo shi ne samar da inuwar tattaunawa ta Musulmi da Kirista. 

Malamai ne daga unguwar Nassarawa suka hadata kuma Ibrahim Choji Yusuf, shugaba da ya fito daga Chwelnyap ne yake jagorantarta. 

An hadata a shekarar 2015 tare da hadin guiwar yan sandan Nassarawa. Inuwar jama’ar na yin aiki wajen tattara al’umma daga kowane sassa guri guda domin su yi duba akan laifuka ba tare da dangantasu da addini ba. 

“Yanzu za ka iya samun musulmi yana da gida a unguwar Chwelnyap (Congo) kuma yana da wani a unguwar Rogo. Mutane sun fara caccanja guraren zama,” a cewar Yusuf, ya kara da cewa bayan la’akari da haka sai suka yanke shawarar dole ne su samu maganin matsalar. 

A Congo-Russia ne aka fara tayar da rikicin 2001 amma yanzu an samar da zaman lafiya a wajen, canjin da mai unguwar Yahaya Musa ya ce ya zo ya samu gurin zama. 

“Sulhu ta nan ya fara,” Musa ya bayyana. “Duk wata barna da aka yi a nan baki ne suka yi ta. Mun yi iyakar kokarinmu wajen tsayar da rigimar. Idan Allah ya yarda ba zamu sake samun irin wannan rikici a nan gaba ba. Kuma kamar yadda ta nan aka fara rigimar to ta nan zaman lafiya zai fara kuma ya magance matsalar jihar baki daya da yardar Allah.” 

Yahaya Musa, Mai unguwar Congo-Russia

Duk da nasararorin da aka samu a wasu sassa na Jos, har yanzu akwai alamun da suke nuna barnar da aka yi a zamanin da ake rikicin kabilancin, musamman a bangaren da aka fi sani da “Congo Junction.” 

Duk da haka, mutane kamar su Pam Bala, sakataren hadaddiyar inuwar Musulmai da Kiristoci, basu hakura ba. Suna ta kokari wajen nunawa mutane illar da rikici tsakanin addinan ke haifarwa. 

Bala yana iya tuna lokacin da wasu malaman musulinci biyar da kuma na kirista daya suka yi wa’azi akan illolin shaye-shaye. Wajen mutum biyar ne suka yi alkawarin ba za su koma shan kwaya ba. Daga karshe ma wasu sun fita daga taron da niyyar ba za su kara shiga a yi rikici da su ba. “Wannan gurin da daga cikin gurare mafiya hadari a Jos,” a fadarsa. “Da yawan matasa na shan wiwi kuma akwai yara da yawa da suke karuwanci.”

Toma Maisamari, tsohon shugaban matasa a Congo, ya ce shirya taron murnar karshen shekara da sauran aiyuka sun taimaka wajen tattara matasan da suke kowane addini da samar da hadin kai dai-dai gwargwado. Sai dai kuma ya ce tabar wiwi tana taka muhimmiyar rawa gurin samarin. 

“Ko da dai mu bama shan kwaya amma muna cudanya da su mu gaya musu muhimmanci bukatuwar zaman lafiya,” ya fada. 

Maisamari ya nuna damuwarsa wajen cewa duk da Congo-Russia ba ta da kamfanin hada magunguna ko kuma gonakin da ake shuka tabar wiwi, kwayoyi na ci gaba da shigowa hannun masu amfani da su a al’ummar. 

“Masu bayar da tsaro ma ba taimakon da suke bayarwa. Sau da yawa ana hada baki da su,” a cewarsa. “Wadannan kwayoyi ba daga sama suke fadowa ba, ta hanyoyi suke biyowa.” 

Al’ummar ta janyo hankalin masu sayar da kwayoyin kan illar da hakan ke da shi, inji Maisamari. Shugannin sun hada kai da yan sanda da kuma hukuma hana sha da fataucin miyagun kwayoyi (NDLEA) da ma masu gadin unguwa. “Amma matsalar ta ki karewa,” ya ce. 

Uba Gabriel, mai magana da yawun yan sanda na jihar Plateau, ya nuna cewa yan sanda suna yawaita kai farmaki gurin kuma suna kai wadanda suka kama kotu. 

Sannan kuma ba kowane yake zuwa gurin kwana na Congo domin siyan kwayoyi ba. 

Fatima Yusuf Abdullahi, wata musulma, ta kama gurin kwana tsawon wata biyu saboda tana son ta ji dadin soyayya a gurin. “Muna zaune a nan kamar wasu yan uwa,” a cewarta. “Ina nan tare da saurayina ne.” 

Fatima ta yi karatun difloma a bangaren harkokin kasuwanci a Jami’ar Jiha ta Nassarawa da ke Keffi, kuma tana son ta ci gaba da karatunta. Amma a yanzu dai bata da aikin yi kuma ta samu Congo ne gurin da za ta shakata. 

Duk da ta san da cewa ana sace-sace, siyar da kwayoyi da karuwanci a gurin, barin gurin yana yi mata wuya. 

“Yan sanda na zuwa su kawo farmaki wasu lokutan, amma suna karbar cin hanci kuma sun fi kama yan ba ruwana,” ta bayyana. 

Rashin aikin Fatima shi ne abin da yafi damun samarin Congo. HumAngle ta lura da cewa guraren kasuwanci kadan ne a gurin kuma babu gurin koyon sana’a ga matasa. 

“Wannan shi ne abin da muke nema,” a cewar Choji a yayin da yake nuna gurin da yafi dacewa a gina gurin. “Amma har yanzu taimako bai zo ba.”
